Home Ed Parent Support

Our packages help give structure to your home education and we are here to support you, to enable you to home educate your children with confidence, along with the backup of a tutoring agency. We know that having children out of school can be hard, particularly children who are neurodiverse / have SEN, but our weekly plans have everything in place to support your child. You will also have a specialist educator on hand.

Our Packages

Yellow Package

From £30 per week*

Weekly lesson plan tailored to your child's needs and interests

Resources for all lessons

Ongoing support from a tutor through a WhatsApp group

Blue Package

From £45 per week*

Includes everything in Yellow Package plus:

Weekly 45 minute 1:1 lesson (in person or online) looking closely at the subject specific area

15 minute consultation with parent explaining resources and techniques to use

Green Package

From £55 per week*

Includes everything in Yellow and Blue Package plus:

Additional evaluations and reports that will be required from the government / local authorities, to show progress in home educating

Prior to putting the package in place, a meeting with the family will be held to discuss their current homeschooling methods, to give us an idea of how to present the lessons moving forward. For example, if your child learns through play or has a special interest, we will ensure that your lesson plan incorporates this to get the best out of their learning. This initial session is also great to see what resources your family may have which will also help us form the lesson plan.

If you would like us to add further subjects to your package, an additional £10 will be charged per week.

Payment options, such as pay as you go, and low income discount prices are available on request.

Examples of our lesson plans

Example 1

My child, 7 years old, is behind in reading and is particularly struggling with phonics sounds. I want to start from phase 2 phonics to make sure they have the sounds to enable them to read books. They have Autism and suspected dyslexia and they learn through play. They love superheroes and fancy dress - please can you create a lesson to start supporting this?

Example 2

My child has just come out of school due to high anxiety. They are 13 years old and we believe they also have undiagnosed dyscalculia from showing common traits. They are excelling in English but needs further support in Maths. They are currently working two years behind in Maths, year 6 level, but because their future career goals is to be a vet, having a GCSE and good grade in maths is important. Please can you help build the confidence in my child, particularly in maths?

My child is in year 4 and has always been the top of the class at school, especially English. They are working at a year 6 level but is not pushed in school so they are bored and lost motivation, which is why we now homeschool to push them further. However, despite being so confident, little things have slipped like their spelling. Because they are ahead in their class, the teacher did not pick up on this, not giving the opportunity to correct themselves. They love sports, particularly football. Please can you give me support on how to push my child yet also ensure they go through to correct their work?

My child needs support in english and maths - they are in year 9 and taking their GCSEs in two years but they are currently behind working at a year 7 level. In English, they struggle to put words into a sentence, particularly with comprehension, and then annotating a piece of writing. In Maths, they struggle with fractions and algebra, as well as looking at graphs and data plotted on x and y axis. My child is a visual learner and prefers to learn with games or engaging lessons, rather than sit with a worksheet. My child would like to work and study fashion when they finish their GCSEs. Please can you write lesson plans to support this?
